Before you can begin shopping you must complete a postable Form

· I host Live sales on Facebook usually on Tues 8pm EST
· I host a messenger Party on Wednesdays- You must be a current customer with a paid invoice to be included in the messenger party unless you have been invited by a friend that is a paid customer. (You must request to be included in the messenger parties)
INVOICING
· Invoices will be sent on Mondays
· Invoices are Due on TUESDAY by 5pm EST- If you do not pay by then your order may be cancelled. I am willing to give an extension for special circumstances but you must communicate with me.
· 2 strikes and you are out. This means if you have 2 consecutive cancelled invoices you will no longer be able to shop with me and become banned from my page.
SHIPPING/ Local Pickup Day
· All Paid Orders are Shipped on Wednesday – with the exception of USPS closures/ Holidays
· Shipping is a flate rate of $4.99 – Each week there is a shipping fee- No holding items for the next week
· NEW customers will get FREE shipping on their first orders- INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24HRS TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING
· Local Pickup Day is on TUESDAYS from 9am -7pm
RETURNS/DAMAGED ITEMS
· RETURNS are only for Damaged Items that arrived damaged on delivery
· If your item arrives damaged please notify me ASAP. You have 24 hrs after receiving your item to contact me for a credit. NO Refunds! You must email pictures of the damaged item with original tags showing in the picture to faithfultreasures7@gmail.com
· I will need to receive the item back prior to the credit being applied to your account. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees.
